Dear Ernie Harwell...
I would just like to thank you for not only touching my life, but the lives of millions of Detroit Tiger fans. You lived a life filled with graciousness and humility, and many wish that they could emulate your lifestyle. You are not only a legend due to your broadcasting skills, but for your character as well. May you live as an exciting adventure in your next life as you did in this one.

Jules~ Well said...you should hear the news around here. I basically teared up the whole way to work since the radio station around here everyone was calling in their Ernie Harwell stories. The one that get's me everytime is Jim Price and Dan Dickerson announcing it during the broadcast last night.
